About

Investor Education
Drawing on my experience across Indian public markets and private market investing in the Indian startup ecosystem for last decade, I’ve started the substack blog (ipodebriefs) with the aim of sharing my learnings and helping readers understand upcoming Indian IPOs in under 10 minutes per post. These debriefs are designed to simplify what to look for in IPO prospectus documents and provide a concise, structured overview of the company. From time to time, I may also publish similar debriefs for long market reports, with the same objective.

Buy me a Coffee

IPO Debriefs is my attempt to examine the moment when venture-backed Indian technology companies move from private promise to public scrutiny. Drawing on a decade across startup investing and public markets, I distil each prospectus into a structured read of under 10 minutes. The focus is not on predicting listing gains or future market performance, but on understanding the business, its numbers, its risks and the questions thoughtful investors should ask. IPO Debriefs reflects my passion for investor education and helping more people become financially aware. Good investment thinking begins with better questions, not louder opinions. Look for signal, cut the noise. Simplicity is the discipline. If you value independent, considered analysis, want to be a little more informed and without being overwhelmed, you can consider buying me a coffee. It helps keep the next debrief brewing. PS: Nothing I write is investment advice. Please do your own research before investing.
