Overview

At BondIn, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across our different services. We handle each case individually and fairly.

1. Creator Bookings (1:1 Sessions)

Full Refund Available: If a creator is a no-show or there are any issues with the booking, you can raise a refund request through your dashboard before the scheduled time.

  • Refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled session time
  • Full amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days
  • Valid reasons include: creator no-show, technical issues, or service quality problems
  • Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

3. Playground Subscriptions

Investigation-Based Refunds: Playground subscriptions are generally non-refundable as we provide trial sessions to try before subscribing.

  • Free trial sessions are available before subscription
  • Refunds may be issued upon investigation of technical issues
  • Processing time: 5-7 working days for approved refunds
  • Valid technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Streams & Content Subscriptions

Automatic Deactivation: Stream subscriptions automatically deactivate when the time period ends.

  • No refunds for completed stream periods
  • Subscriptions automatically deactivate at the end of the billing period
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • Technical issues may be eligible for investigation and potential refund

General Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted through the official dashboard
  • Refunds will be credited to the same mode of payment within 5-7 working days
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice
