Refund terms for creator bookings, packages, digital products, webinars, and paid content.

Refund window
Where a purchase is eligible for a refund, the approved amount is returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Refundable purchases
Bookings and packages may be refundable depending on the creator's cancellation terms and whether the service has already been delivered. If an eligible session is cancelled in time or a paid item is not delivered, we process a refund within 5–7 business days.
Non-refundable purchases
Some purchases are non-refundable — including downloaded digital products, accessed subscriber-only articles, webinar recordings, and direct tips or support payments. Once these are delivered or accessed, no refund is issued.
Technical or payment issues
If a payment succeeds but access is not granted, contact support with the payment reference. We will restore access or, where a refund is appropriate, process it within 5–7 business days.
