About these terms
Bondin is operated by SHENTRON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, registered at D/no: 2-51-92, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh - 531162, India ("Bondin", "we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
Bondin is an intermediary platform
Bondin provides technology that helps independent creators list, market, sell and deliver their own services and digital offerings. The creator shown on an offer is the supplier of that offer. Unless Bondin is expressly identified as the supplier, the purchase and service contract is directly between the creator and the customer. Bondin is not the creator's employer, partner or agent for delivering the creator's service, and does not control the creator's professional advice or performance.
Platform use
Bondin lets users create profiles, publish offers, buy services, access paid content, support creators directly, and manage creator-customer workflows. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the platform lawfully.
Creator responsibilities
Creators independently decide what they offer, their price, availability and delivery terms, subject to platform rules. Creators are responsible for accurate listings, professional and timely delivery, lawful content, customer communication, licences or qualifications, and taxes or invoices that apply to their supply. Creators must keep their identity, PAN and payout details accurate and current.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate booking details, respect creator policies, and use purchased content only according to the access terms shown at purchase.
Payments, fees and creator settlements
Bondin and its licensed payment providers may collect customer payments on behalf of the creator and remit the creator's settlement after deducting the fees shown in the product or checkout flow, approved refunds, chargebacks and any amount Bondin is required by law to withhold. Receipt of cleared funds by the payment provider on the creator's behalf satisfies the customer's payment obligation to that extent. Bondin's standard platform fee is 5% of each successful paid transaction unless a different effective rate is expressly shown to the creator.
Payout information
A creator must provide a valid PAN and payout account before requesting settlement. Bondin may pause a payout when details are incomplete, appear incorrect, are under dispute, or when a payment provider or applicable law requires additional verification. This does not change the creator's status as the supplier of their offer.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Where a purchase is eligible, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
